and controlled their Asset management by providing additional security and
better track and trace of critical assets such a Laptops and personnel.
Currently, AJG uses RFID to track assets like Laptops at their facility WORLD
TRADE CENTRE BUILDING Located in Bangalore, INDIA.
Building an RFID based eco-system also requires that the data acquired by RFID
system be productively used by existing system. Full implementation required
integration of RFID data with existing backend processing systems and the Time
and attendance management system.

employee data who swiped the access card and is carrying the Asset.

and alerts the administrator on discrepancy. (Incase the employee carries the
wrong laptop and tailgates).

The movement of the Assets are automatically captured in the backend database
without any manual supervision.

At any point of time an administrator can get the status of a particular Asset
and in which zone it is located and the current status of the Asset.

End of day reports is generated through the MIS Web Application on the Asset
movement and the employee movement, it also calculates the number of hours a
employee spent in the facility.
